In addition to seeing individual clients he teaches classes in hypnotism for Charlotte Community Education and is also available for speaking engagements, seminar presentations and group sessions. Mr. Jones received his hypnotherapy training from the Omni Hypnosis Training Center in Deland, Florida, the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Psychology, in Venice, Florida, the Michigan Institute of Hypnotherapy in Berkley, Michigan, the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Van Nuys, California, the Alabama Hypnotherapy Center in Brimingham, Alabama, and the Southwestern School of Hypnotherapy in New Jersey. He also has specialty certifications in Medical Hypnosis, Fibromyalgia, Sports and Performance Hypnosis, Smoking Cessation, Weight Control , Emergency Hypnosis, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), and Pain Control. He has additional training in hypnosis with children, diabetes, hypnodontics, ADD, waking hypnosis, self hypnosis, correcting non-organic male impotence, advanced self hypnosis, and regression. In addition to his hypnosis training he is certified as an EFT practioner. He has taught and lectured on hypnosis in many settings; including Lansing Community College where he conducted experiments in suggestibility, hypnosis and biofeedback. He received a master's degree from Michigan State University in education. The National Board of Hypnosis, the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the National Guild of Hypnotists, and the American Board of Hypnotherapy certify him as a certified hypnotherapist and a board certified hypnotist. He is a member of the League of Medical Hypnotherapists and the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Psychology.
